Overhaul, "The Place Where Better Brands are Born," is a strategic communications design studio. Serving the Middle East from Jordan, it specialises in branding and identity programmes. Drawing on my years of multinational experience, we empower clients to make more successful branding decisions, delivering strategy, visual identity and marketing solutions. Notable projects: - Winning the logo design competition for Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum's Al Jaleelah Hospital in 2010 against design firms in Germany, Italy and Dubai.- Winning the 2012 logo design bid for King Abdullah II's new Queen Alia International airport.- Collaborating with wayfinding system & information designer Joan Zalacaine. I lead my design team on the Qibla pedestrian wayfinding system and street furniture project in Mecca. This project won gold at the International Institute Information Design (IIID) Awards in Vienna.- Participating in the Aramex rebranding, including the new colour pallet, layout, image and photographic library, stations interior and uniforms.- Designing logos for over 15 Aramex programmes and products since the 2011www.overhaul.jo

I founded Image A Nation with a simple vision: finding the most talented creators to document the Middle East's wealth of beauty and culture. We bring international artists to work with local artists, celebrating and documenting our culture and heritage through art. From real people and places to inspiration and imagination, each piece is an original expression of our heritage. The project has created many original paintings and art pieces for over 14 cities, including Makka, Madina, Jerusalem and Dubai.

Islamica Magazine is a leading and critically acclaimed English-language Muslim-affairs magazine. In 2007, I led the team in transforming the publication from quarterly issue production to a monthly issue magazine.Responsibilities:- Schedule and oversee the production from the editing stage, design, and printing of the magazine to the shipping and distribution across Europe and North America.- Find the most efficient deals for paper suppliers, printers and packagers.- Monitor the production process and update time schedules, quality control.- Ensure that the editorial team works within the budget and identify impending resource requirements.- Supervise, motivate and keep abreast of the ongoing needs of the editorial and design staff.- Liaise with the Media Sales and Logistic department to be on time on shelves.

The 15th Asian Games (ASIAD) was organised by the "Doha Asian Games Organising Committee" at the Marketing and Communication Directorate. As a Branding Team member, I helped enrich the games' design, advertising, and publications with an Arabic look and feel. Working on such a large project was a valuable new experience. I had the opportunity to liaise with departments and colleagues of many different nationalities, with production suppliers and media associations in the UK, China, Canada, Portugal, Australia, and Dubai.

My involvement started with designing the logo of the newspaper to creating a solid template for the layout. I also filled the vital role of building the production and design team with the production manager and training them to launch the first issue. Today, Al Ghad newspaper is one of Jordan's foremost daily newspapers.
