- Built from zero and successfully launched a Cloud Based, SaaS solution for systems monitoring and support.- Defined and led the core product refresh including architecture aspects, partnership, phase in, datasheet and more.- Owning the roadmap for various products.- Defined the specifications for multiple product features.- Representing the Product group in the company’s security forum.- Working with and directing the Data Scientists team.- Supporting customers, sales and the marketing teams.- Managing a team of product managers and UX/UI.- Working with BI, data analytics tools (Domo).

- Building infrastructure solutions roadmap which are part of the company's solutions, including technology research and definition, selection of suitable products and solutions according to technological developments and product/customer needs- Responsible for product's lifecycle- Managing Storage, Servers, Integration and Hardware Development teams- Writing requirement documents and replying to RFPs- Responsibility for selection and assimilation of IT/Telco equipment (decisions impact procurement equipment of 10s of millions USD annually)- Working with peer Product Managers, Release Managers, Suppliers, Procurement and customers- Member in a cross-company team of migrating the company’s solution to the cloud: explore operational models, cloud suppliers, financial models, PoC planning- Crisis management and escalation management for in-house products and 3rd party suppliers- Working closely with the procurement and legal departments on OEM and support contracts for software and hardware- TCO model ROI, projects costs vs investments

- Leading a group of 12 engineers in 3 teams- Writing and assimilating development processes including new processes to improve software and hardware - Managing capital budget of hundreds of thousands of dollars annually- Managing hardware development team – migration of in-house telephony card from PCI to PCIe including replacement of EOL components- Exploring market trends and assimilating various technologies: Blade Servers, ATCA, SSD, etc.

- Building the storage team and positioning it within the company- Leading the team to expertize in Storage sizing, performance analysis, and solution design. Working with application developers, system engineers and load testers- Leading SAN, DR, backup and storage solutions design

- Responsible for Communications equipment embedded within Comverse products (LAN switches, routers, Load Balancers, TDM)- Leading a team of communications engineers and testers- Writing technical requirements documents (part of RFP, RFI), testing (including use of IXIA and Smartbits equipment), setup and configuration documents- Development of a solution for monitoring and managing network equipment and automatic configuration tools

- Working on embedded solutions, building specific computing solutions to meet the required products- Characterizing and integration of hardware (SBC, backplanes, disks, etc.), OS, testing and certification. Working with mechanical and type approvals engineers

- Upgrading the TV studio, new video editing rooms - Design and implementation- Responsible for day to day supervision and maintenance of video equipment- Technical supervision during TV show recording and live broadcasts- Measuring and calibrating video and broadcast equipment to maintain high video and broadcast quality
