He is adept at providing project management skills with expertise on environmental issues and regulations. He has managed a wide variety of complex site investigations, site assessments, and remedial actions associated with subsurface environments. He has also worked on developing business plans, work plans, proposals, and managing project budgets and staff utilization goals in addition to preparing, writing, and reviewing technical reports and reviewing environmental data for senior analysis and interpretation. Mr. Reyes has managed and performed thousands of site characterizations and site assessments for industrial facilities, refineries, gas stations, automotive facilities, agricultural land, commercial and residential properties, including large office and residential complexes, and undeveloped or abandoned land.
