In my role as a Program Manager, I am responsible for supervising loyalty technology, including cost management, budgeting, and resource management, while ensuring projects progress and remain within budget.Additionally, I have over 20 years of experience with business interwoven with technology around retail pricing, distribution, master data, and merchandising within the Canadian retail industry (primarily at Loblaw and briefly at The Bay). I have honed my strategic thinking and commercial judgment skills.I prioritize the needs of the consumer in all my interactions and advice. My strong analytical skills allow me to manage various aspects of program management, conduct financial evaluations to assess the effectiveness, enhance processes for optimal efficiency, and ensure timely responses to changes.To achieve strategic goals, I can collaborate effectively with various corporate departments. My technical education background equips me to adeptly handle complex systems and swiftly resolve issues. I am currently pursuing my Project Management Professional designation at PMI and have previously earned my data science certification from the University of Toronto’s School of Continuing Education.Outside of work, I am an active member of the Point of Tale Toastmasters, regularly participating in Club and Area contests to enhance my evaluation, leadership, and communication skills. I am driven to excel in these competitions. I actively participate and fundraise for events like the Terry Fox Run, CIBC Run for the Cure, and Shoppers Run for Women. I also co-lead the Women in Tech chapter, spearheading initiatives that promote empowerment and aim to bridge the representation gap.
