- Develops modules for the Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) system, including new modules, new interfaces and enhancements to the system.- Maintains the Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) system by fixing bugs.- Analyzes and designs the development involve in a new project based on a Statement of Work.- Reviews code changes made by other developers and provide recommendations when necessary.- Mentors junior developers in the team.- Assists the Support department when a critical issue is actively happening at a client. Our system supports 911 operations and we are required to provide assistance 24/7 when necessary.- Assists the Implementation department during the setup and installation of our system by providing guidance on configurations and answering questions from the Implementation team on site.- Participates in a twice a week Support escalation meeting to triage escalated Support cases.- Participates in the daily Scrum to provide a brief summary of my previous day activity and what I plan to do today. In addition, inform the team if there are impediments to my current task.

• Designed and developed a configurable data transformation tool that moves data from three different systems: the client’s Data Warehouse in Oracle; Areté Prevail forecasting system; and, Areté Avail production/deployment scheduling system.• Programmed Supply Chain solutions in targeted processes on: Production Scheduling and Deployment Scheduling using Microsoft technologies.• Developed programs for a Forecasting System using Microsoft technologies.• Developed custom interfaces between the Production Scheduling and Forecasting systems using Web Services and XML technologies.• Responsible for providing technical support for the Data Transformation/Scheduling tool (Titan) using remote connectivity or on-site.• Responsible for Oracle Performance tuning of the Areté Prevail system database.• Responsible for bridging the Development and Implementation teams with the client's Information Technology department to facilitate proper specification of hardware and software requirements as well as the installation of our applications.

• Designed and developed Procurement Reporting System using AS400 Business Planning and Control System (BPCS) database and Microsoft Visual Foxpro. Data downloaded to text file from the BPCS system is uploaded to the Reporting system on a nightly basis with an option to load on-demand downloaded data.• Designed and developed Inventory systems to interface with the AS400 BPCS database using Microsoft Visual Foxpro.• Converted manual and paper reports into automated and computerize format using Microsoft Visual Foxpro. This was a big cost-cutting project for the department. This process took approximately two weeks to compile the entire data, which is used for the yearly operational procurement budget. This does not include the manual process of updating a couple of hundred Excel files, one for each vendor. The automation of the entire process took it down to a single data consolidation run for about five hours and can produce the necessary reports in Excel format on-demand.• Supervised the department’s team of programmers and systems analysts as well as provide specifications of internal and external client's requirements.
