• Preliminary checking of submittals and shop drawings as directed by the R.E./P.M.• Direct the contractor to handle Authorities inspections and recording the Authorities comments during inspection to ensure contractor’s proper response.• Respond to the contractor’s request for inspection; handle the inspection as per approved shop drawings and submittals.• In case of non-compliance / rejection, initiate field instruction to RE/PM to issue to the contractor to take the corrective actions as necessary, and re-inspection upon completion of contractor’s corrective action.• Initiate the NCR’s for works non-conformity.• Upon finishing and completion of work/project, handle overall civil inspection and prepare civil snagging works.• Follow up and inspect contractor’s corrective actions and contractor’s de-snagging.• Follow-up Client’s comments during the defects’ liability period as determined in the contract, and ensure the proper corrective action of the contractor.• Any task as assigned.

• Daily work progress monitoring and supervision at site.• Implement the construction works as per plan, specification & standards.• Prepare daily activities and manpower report.• Prepare weekly and monthly concrete pouring look a-head schedule.• Prepare productivity analysis report if required.• Check rebar and formworks to assure in conformance with design drawing and specification prior to concrete placement.• Supervise and Check the method of pouring to meet the requirements in the approved method statements and contract specification.• Advise subcontractor the proper sequence of work to avoid delays.• Periodic review of project specifications, QCP and ITP in compliance to project quality requirements and standards.• Attending problems arises on site with proper coordination to the other discipline involve in such activities to forecast alternative solutions.• Advise construction manager with regards to site situation (Ex. Lack of manpower and equipment – need to increase in order to meet the target completion dates). • Attend weekly interface meetings and walk throughs to ensure proper coordination of work at site with other disciplines.• Regularly check approved construction drawings to ensure latest revision were used at site by sub-contractor.

• Supervision of works on site in accordance with contract documents, drawings, technical specifications etc; ensuring correct implementation of works according to contract, design, quality of materials & workmanship.• Inspects project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards.• Ensure that all necessary inspections are performed in a timely manner and that the site is frequently and continuously monitored and controlled.• Checking, recording and testing of completed works before they are covered by the contractor.• Ensuring all materials used & work performed are as per specifications.• Advise the Engineer about problems, issues and discrepancies that may be a reason for technical or contractual problems (such as poor construction quality, delayed completion, inconvenience with others, etc) and take necessary actions (or recommend actions to be taken) to rectify such discrepancies.• Inspect regularly, including sample testing where required, materials and workmanship to ensure that the works are being carried out in compliance with the terms and conditions of the relevant Contract Documents.• Implement and maintain with the Contractor a system for inspection and approval of work before it is covered – e.g. foundations, reinforcing, formwork at each stage before concrete is poured.• Implement and maintain with the Contractor a system for ensuring the quality of concrete and concrete works, including preparation and testing of concrete test cubes.• Implement and maintain overall monitoring concerning actual and work progress compared to the Contractor’s submitted construction schedule. Provide information for the Engineer’s monthly progress reports assessing progress and quality of the works.• Ensuring that health and safety measures are adopted and properly complied with.• Participate in weekly progress meetings and other meetings as required by the Engineer.• Preparing reports as required.

• Coordinate with project manager, co-engineers and sub-contractor’s site engineers regarding the execution of work at site and the project itself.• Interpret and explain project plans and specifications to sub-contractors.• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising & monitoring the site labor force and the work of any sub-contractors.• Planning the work & efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet the agreed deadlines.• Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site.• Supervise work execution using various heavy equipments.• Supervise the fabrication and erection of structural steel members in accordance with the approved plans and specifications. Ensure the work conforms with the approved plans and drawings.• Conduct daily safety toolbox meeting together with safety engineer before starting of work. • Prepare rebar cutting list, quantity take-off, bill of quantities, construction schedule and daily accomplishment report.• Evaluates sub-contractor’s quotations before submission to the project manager for approval.

• Plans, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget.• Estimates quantities and cost of materials, equipments or labor to determine project feasibility.• Investigate the construction sites on which the construction work is going to happen.• Setting out, leveling and surveying the site.• Overseeing the selection & requisition of supplies and materials on site.• Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at the construction site.• Plotting cross-sections and computing grade elevation for any road construction.• Ensure works to be properly executed prior to any concrete pouring.• Conduct Field Density Test to obtain the Degree of Compaction. • Prepare quantity take-off, bill of quantities, PERT-CPM and S-Curves.• Attend government biddings and negotiations
