My name is Ramil Voronov and I currently work as an administrative assistant and a respiratory/sleep physiologist. My background is in biomedicine and human physiology. I am currently in the process of very slowly altering my career path as a Human Resource Advisor/Manager, currently pursuing Masters in Business (Majoring in Human Resource Management). As a respiratory scientist, I was always keen on motivating and encouraging my patients in performing the lung function test to their best ability. The job involves gauging on emotions, technique and skills of the patient. Within my time as the scientist, I often took the opportunity in encouraging staff members to pursue their best performance at work. With time, I realized I can successfully alter my patient-oriented approach to staff-oriented approach and become a Human Resource Manager! It has been phenomenal learning about the psychology of workers, the legal aspects of employer relations and what drives us to work and how can we, as human resource managers, encourage staff to enjoy working for our organizations and businesses. My passion is in learning and development and encouraging staff in shaping into what they want to achieve from their workplace. Staff are not a single-use resource, they are a resource that blooms into excellence.
