As part of the External Affairs and Corporate Relations team of South Asia, I am responsible for overseeing communications related activities for a portfolio of projects worth $16 Billion. My key responsibilities include:• Communications Strategy and Action Plan for Bangladesh and Bhutan• Operational Support for External Affairs in Bangladesh and Bhutan• Country lead for Regional ECR activities on Air Pollution• Management of all World Bank digital and social media channels

As part of both the External & Corporate Relations team and the Human Development team of World Bank Bangladesh and Bhutan, I am in charge of spearheading strategies and executions of both Digital and Traditional communications for anything and everything related to Human Development. Additional responsibilities relating to Events, Media and PR for different ongoing projects are also part of my role. As the Branch Secretary of the Official Supporters Club I was the liaison between Liverpool FC and the Supporters Club in Bangladesh, being responsible for seamless communication between the two and ensuring compliance with all the rules and guidelines required to maintain the Official status of the Club.

As a part of bKash's internal restructuring, my team got some additional responsibilities on top of its existing ones, in this new structure. Some of my added responsibilities included:• Product Roadmap Strategy: Analyze and Generate data driven insights on product performance as well as market dynamics; Ideate potential innovative and disruptive products that can contribute to App usage, user count as well as revenue growth; Identify Key Performance Metrics to monitor the performances of future products; Prepare contingency plans for potentially non-performing products; Create strategies for market rollout of future products as well as their implementation timeline; Prioritize products for setting development timelines, depending on their impact, strategic alignment and other corporate goals.• Project – Women & Money: Part of the enigmatic Women and Money Project Team that is in charge of designing a solution, targeting the rural and underprivileged women of Bangladesh, in order to create the positive habit of being self-reliant in them while also increasing MFS usage. The project team consisted of myself along with a team from bKash as well as a team from BRAC and a panel of experts from IDEO.org, a San Francisco based Solution Design firm, with support from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. The project included multiple phases of initial research and groundwork, followed by on-field prototyping exercises and the formulation and market rollout of the end product upon successful completion of the project.

As part of the App Development team of arguably the biggest and leading app from Bangladesh, I was part of a dynamic team that was responsible for any and every element related to bKash App. Some of my core responsibilities included:• Core Product Activities: Analyze VoC (Voice of the Customer); Manage and prioritize product backlog, based on VoC, data and strategic requirements; Monitor product performance of essential services through key metrics, and manage product lifecycle accordingly through adjustments and enhancements; Discovery of key insights through proper data analytics and simulation.• Product & Design Development: Work closely with respective POs to ideate on user journey; Collaborate with UI/UX team for preparing wireframe/mock-up designs; Get buy-in of management and relevant stakeholders; Refine user journeys and stories, and create user stories along with the design; Actively engage in all scrum ceremonies; Manage beta programs for bKash App.• Market Rollout: Coordinate and manage product launch from a holistic point-of-view; Share communication brief with Marketing for apt product positioning; Develop and share product fact sheet & FAQ with relevant stakeholders; Prepare and follow-up on GTM strategy through cross-functional collaboration; Co-create, review and refine communication and promotional contents with Marketing; Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and Training of Trainers for Customer Service and Sales; Facilitate risk management, through collaboration with regulatory and legal teams to conduct risk analysis and compliance check of the product.

As part of the Global Graduate program, an accelerated Management Trainee program, I’ve had the opportunity to experience the full crop to consumer operations of BAT Bangladesh across various functions in different roles• Internal Communications Officer: In charge of planning and executing internal communication, campaigns and events like BATB Communications Day 2019 (Quarter 1), BATB Mid-Year Communications Day 2019, Annual Iftar and many more.• Brand Officer – VFM & Low Segment: In charge of analysis and launch of multiple Brand campaigns of the Low segment as well as creation and launch of a revamped Digital Brand Board.• Trade Marketing Officer: In charge of overseeing trade marketing operations of BAT Bangladesh in the Dhaka North Area with specific focus on the territories of Tangail.• Project Executive – Evolution & Change: In charge of managing a cultural transformation across the Factory Operations of BAT Bangladesh while leading projects like High Performance Organization Ambassadors and Career Growth Academy and being part of the IWS Phase 1 Celebration Event organizing team.• Talent & OE Officer: In charge of planning and executing all social media activities of BAT Bangladesh, driving recruitment processes and part of the Battle of Minds 2019 project team.

As an Operations – HR Intern I got the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic cross-functional team that was in charge of driving various people process initiatives across the function• Recruitment: In charge of planning and executing assessment centres and interviews for new recruits as well as revamping NextGear, the new joiners on-boarding platform of BAT Bangladesh.• Global Graduate Program Revamp: In charge of executing tasks related to overhauling specific components of the Global Graduate Program.• Social Media: In charge of planning and executing social media engagement activities related to talent brand and activities and events specific to the function• Top Employer 2019 Celebration: In charge of planning and executing the organization wide celebration of BAT Bangladesh being certified as the country’s first and only Top Employer

As the Co-Founder and a former active Partner in Sketchboard Interactive I was in charge of Acquisition of clients and management of the Key Accounts like BAT Bangladesh, Grameenphone, Robi, BRAC, LG, etc.

As a member of the Institute of Business Administration Communication Club, IBA’s leading organized student body, throughout my 4 year at IBA I was in charge of leading various internal events and workshops for capability development of the students of IBA as well as organizing several key business competitions like Intra IBA Branding Competition, Brandwitz and Finwitz.

As the Treasurer of the first officially recognized fan base of a European Football team in Bangladesh, I was in charge of all the financial management related activities of the fan club. I was also the Liaison for Standard Chartered and worked closely with SC’s Brand team to manage the Liverpool related client engagement events during this time.

As part of the 10 Minute School core team I played various key roles from the very inception of the organization starting with the Backend Web Development support and gradually moving into my role as the Creative Manager, coordinating with the creatives team, web development team and team of instructors.

As part of the Event Management Team of 7TEEN I was responsible for working on Project Live Arena, which was created in collaboration with Phillip Morris International as well as some the largest officially recognized European Football supporters' clubs of Bangladesh.
