I am an experienced IT professional with a background in leading IT departments and managing various aspects of IT operations. Over the last 7 years, I served Different Organizations. Currently, I am working as the IT In-Charge at Sepal Group in Gazipur, Bangladesh, where I've demonstrated my ability to deploy IT rules and policies, procure IT equipment, provide training and support to employees, manage networks, and maintain servers, including local servers, cloud servers, docker, and Kubernetes Containers, as well as CCTV systems.My career also includes prior experience as an IT Coordinator for the Digital Land Management System (DLMS) on a government project at the Assistant Commissioner Land Office in Kapasia, Gazipur. This role allowed me to contribute to the successful implementation of IT solutions in a critical government project.I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Northern University Bangladesh, and I've furthered my education with a Diploma in Computer Science from Bogura Polytechnic Institute. Additionally, I've completed professional courses, including CCNA and Windows Server certifications from Bangladesh IT Institute in Dhaka. I've also enhanced my skill set with courses in IT Support Professional, IT Automation with Python, and Project Management offered by Google on Coursera.My diverse background and qualifications make me a strong candidate for roles in IT leadership, project management, and technical support.
