MY STORY:After successfully failing at two shiny business ideas (years ago...), I found a great passion about Software Products and the value they could deliver, not managing all aspects of a business. Great motivation, but limited ability those days! MY ACHIEVEMENTS:Since past 9 years, I have contributed to the development of different software products: From cancer detection software and home-healthcare solutions to AI-Powered driving assistance systems and finally my favorite, Online retailing platforms. After too much struggling in an ambiguous space, finally I came to a nearly clear conclusion about how "Effective Product Management" looks like. Of course, this is the beginning... WHAT AM I DOING?At the moment, I am contributing to improve and develop an online grocery platform with a focus on customer retention and organic growth (maximum referral, minimum marketing). I'm using (while growing) my Product Design, User research and of course Product Analytics skills to improve related key metrics far above the current status.HOW ABOUT FUTURE?I'm visualizing a near future ahead of me where I have left more notable impacts by developing great software solutions. Products that users enjoy interacting with and benefit from.
