I help organizations and communities capitalize on strategic opportunities through research, data analysis, and community engagement.Some of the projects I've supported include:• Providing technical assistance to homelessness system stakeholders to assist them in achieving their racial equity goals;• Creating a US business development strategy for a global consulting firm;• Working with a national nonprofit to develop and deliver curriculum around incorporating an equity lens into data analysis; and• Advising a US consulting firm on risk-based compliance requirements in healthcare related matters.

• Created and tested, with local systems leaders and people with lived experience, Homelessness End State Measures, a set of simple, flexible, and accessible metrics that determine when a community has measurably and equitably ended homelessness.• Partnered with people of color with lived experience to refine CS’s Racial Equity Indicators, a framework guiding homelessness response systems to center racial equity in their work to end homelessness.• Pioneered CS’s work on youth homelessness.

• Assembled and facilitated largest local cross-sector coalition on youth homelessness in DC history, resulting in doubling of local government spending on youth homelessness resources.• Led all local DC policy, advocacy, and organizing work around ending youth homelessness and increasing out of school time supports to at-risk youth.• Cultivated cross-sector ecosystem creation to support youth engaging with multiple systems (e.g. juvenile justice, child welfare, behavioral health and homelessness).

•Developed curriculum for Social Justice & Public Policy Academy, a summer in-person program for students around the world to learn about how to use organizing, advocacy, and the justice system to promote social justice in their communities.•Taught summer class of international students about the history of social justice movements around the world
