Key responsibilities • Reacts immediately to issues requiring attention during the shift.• Provides ongoing, specific direction to team members.• Trains, orientates and monitors new team members.• Responds to guest in friendly manner while maintain an appropriate sense of urgency.• Ensures that all product and packaging is properly merchandised and stocked.• Ensures all store policies are followed during shift (e.g. cash policies, meal and break policies and food safety polices)• Completes all required shift documentation (e.g. records waste, mgr. walk thru, store checklist etc.)• Supervises team members to ensure primary and secondary duties are completed,• Uses or wears personal protective equipment or clothing as required.• Does not operate any equipment, machine, device or thing, or otherwise work in a manner that will endanger anyone.• Served orders to customers at windows, counters and tables.• Resolved guest complaints promptly and professionally.• Count money in the cash till at the beginning of the shifts to ensure that the amount is correct and the there is adequate change.• Issues receipts, refunds, or change to the customers correctly whenever required.• Receives payment by cash, credit cards vouchers or automatic debits whenever required.• Maintains clean and orderly checkout areas.
