Hi, My Name is Rami, I am working as IT Systems Manager of GGateway ICT Social Enterprise in Gaza. I am Computer Engineer graduated from the Islamic University of Gaza. I has more than 13 years of experience in Networking, Security and Technical Support. Also I worked for UNRWA - Gaza Field Office as ICT Assistant for more than 10 years. My specialization was to provide technical support for approximately 4,000 users and more than 11,000 ICT assets inside UNRWA compounds.I hold a number of technology and instructor certifications from multiple vendors, including Microsoft, CompTIA and Cisco. I has extensive knowledge and experience in all facets of troubleshooting, installations, and maintenance for various desktop operations hardware and software, with a unique talent for managing servers, install network infrastructure services, hardware, switching and routing. Also I am certified by Microsoft as a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) since 2004. I deliver more than 3,000 training sessions in Network, Security and Server Administration. Now I am studying to obtain a master degree in business administration in order to enhance my managerial skills and keep learning new and good things.Furthermore, I am multi-task oriented, enjoy a challenge, and continually stay abreast of the latest advancements in the IT field.Throughout my career I have demonstrated ability to support and maintain numerous business objectives. I am always seeking new professional challenges and am eager to put my knowledge towards the growth and development of any new enterprise and I feel that I could be a valuable asset to any team.My hobby is reading.
