In my role I lead on GamCare's Gambling Related Financial Harm (GRFH) programme, which aims to raise awareness of financial harm caused by gambling. As part of this work I develop best practices and resources that enable organisations to help their vulnerable customers. Developed bespoke propositions for partners such as the NHS or Lloyds Bank and managed these projects from inception to implementation.Represented the organisation at government forums, presented at live events and roadshows.Stepped in as a Project Lead to deliver a B2B CRM solution into the business.

The Money Advice Service is set up by government and offers free and impartial advice, tips and budget planners for all life's money matters. My role was to build and maintain relationships with third party organisations with the aim to maximise digital reach of the Money Advice Service through syndication of content and tools. I focused on partnership acquisition with retailers, media organisations, charities, property and parenting websites.

Designing and subbing pages for the Tablet edition of the paper using Adobe InDesign (Newspaper App of the Year at the 2012 by Newspaper Awards).

Managed five key accounts during London 2012 Olympics, including Virgin Media Business, Adidas and Tesco. Developed social media strategy, which included introducing new social platforms to clients, planned social media, commissioned video, engaged stakeholders to support campaigns.

Distributing website content through partners and iMama.tv social media channels. I also monetised the website by setting up affiiate partnerships and e-commerce strategy.• I took part in establishing partnerships and maximised distribution of the content across partner sites and publications in various sectors: publishing (The Guardian, The Telegraph, Practical Parenting, Made for Mums), retail (Kiddicare, Asda, Tesco Baby Club), public sector (NHS Choices), celebrity and influencers (Annabel Karmel, Britmums, Tots100), live events (The Baby Show, Working Mums Live) • I set up a Facebook page and organised 40+ competitions on the fan page, which involved contacting PR companies for prizes, writing the copy, creating HTML article, making the graphics in Photoshop and setting up the sign-up form using third party apps. 50% of iMama.tv Facebook page likes were generated by such promotions. LittleLife, who provided the prize for one of the competitions, have grown their Facebook following by 20% in just one month• Used Twitter to connect iMama.tv with brands in the baby sector. I also wrote a Twitter guide for iMama.tv editors, who each have their own Twitter account• Worked alongside community director to write, create and deliver weekly newsletters to the users via Campaign Monitor - CTR has increased by 15% in 6 months

I started as an intern and was soon employed full time to help bring video websites from inception into beta. I clipped, edited and polished 1,500 video clips, wrote their titles and descriptions and added metadata. I was intrinsic in company’s information architecture: I created 2,000 metatags and 120 channels for the videos. I spotted the problems the structure, fed them up and found solutions.
