Tendering Supervisor
Current• Supervise the tender’s department submission and successfully submit more than 90 tenders in 2021.• Facilitate the tenders and RFQs from MOH portals, and preparing final quotations from company’s international brands and suppliers, and submit the final quotations in MOH portals.• Negotiate the technical specifications with different suppliers to ensure that final submission fit the tenders needs.• Manage internal department teams to finalize specifications and prices to meet tender’s deadlines.• Facilitate the customers Purchase orders across all concern departments and brand’s managers to ensure proper delivery dates that meet tender’s deadlines.• Lead the logistics team to ensure successful delivery of all tender’s items before the agreed timeline.• Lead customer’s relationship communications to ensure successful delivery of all Purchase order’s items including the invoicing and collections.
