Univoip-Project Coordinator/Project Manager
•Responsible for Planning and overseeing the install of the UniVoIP Service. •Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.•Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, on installation of VOIP Phones. •Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.•Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.•Oversee project procurement management.•Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.•Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.•Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.•Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.•Training customer via Web portal on how to utilize the phone equipment and make admin changes to the UniVoip Admin portal
