As a dedicated Intern at RCOE, I had the privilege of contributing to both Fiscal Services and the Office of the Riverside County Superintendent of Schools (ORCSS), embodying my commitment to data-driven research and community engagement.In the Fiscal Services department, I immersed myself in data-driven research, analyzing financial trends, and generating insights to inform strategic decision-making. My role extended to developing reports (using Excel, SQL, and MicroStrategy) that played a crucial part in the development of local non-profits and university driven initiatives.Within the Office of the Riverside County Superintendent of Schools, I took on the responsibility of being a passionate advocate for student welfare. From representing RCOE at events to building connections within the Riverside and Latino communities, I worked tirelessly to ensure that students had the support they needed to thrive.My internship experience was more than just an office role – it was a community-driven endeavor.
