Collaborate closely with our team of Wellness Consultants, our Wellness book of business, and our broker partners to provide comprehensive wellness offering inclusive of the Wellness Engagement & Incentive Platform, Clinical Care Programs, and Lifestyle Management Programs. Provide capabilities presentations, RFP, vendor management, and recommendations for all available BCBS solutions. Oversee the strategic direction of our line of products, management of our client programs, and help with the overall coordination of the Wellness Consultant team.Responsible for the administration and evaluation of Evergy Inc.'s employee Wellbeing program. Work directly with account team and client to deliver a personalized health engagement program for 5,000 employees and their families.

• Designed Evergy Inc.’s strategic multi-year wellness program that was customized to their workforce, goals and budget. Utilized health assessment data, organizational survey data, and healthcare claims utilization data.• Implemented health improvement strategies, activities and initiatives increasing unique customer participation in Wellbeing programs by 300% since 2017. • Leveraged account level consultative analytics to promote health advocacy programs that supported clinical interventions and promoted health risk reduction through active engagement, increasing utilization by 150%. • Coordinated with sales partners and broker partners to identify opportunities for product penetration of existing accounts, potential sales of ancillary products and strategies to maximize membership engagement.• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Cigna’s health improvement strategies. Provided consultative knowledge to improve and enhance the team and organization’s results. Participate in finalist presentations, provide input on capabilities, RFP’s, oversaw their $100K Wellbeing budget, and multi-channel communication strategy.• Provided ongoing analysis and evaluation of clients wellness strategy to determine effectiveness, penetration, and impact to client’s total claims and utilization, biometric data, and employee engagement.

• Coordinated all aspects of National Institute of Health (NIH) study visit activities for participants in the Alzheimer’s Prevention Program (APP), including scheduling of study visits and PET procedures, advising professional providers regarding current visit assessment needs, and ensuring study eligibility. • Developed the Smart Aging Series for the KU ADC's Lifestyle Empowerment for Alzheimer's Prevention (LEAP!) program, a healthy lifestyles program aimed at reducing an individual's risk for AD through the development of healthy behaviors.• Oversaw physical activity and dietary components, such as intake and analyses of participants’ Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ), the Rapid Assessment of Physical Activity (RAPA) questionnaire and the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q).• Managed the outreach, recruitment and retention of potential APP participants including tracking, scheduling, and developing recruitment workflows in RedCap for the overall Alzheimer's Disease Center (ADC) Registry study. • Trained to administer the Functional Activity Questionnaire (FAQ), Neuropsychiatric Inventory Questionnaire (NPI-Q1), Mini-mental State Exam (MMSE), and the Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS). • Documented study activities per regulatory requirements; maintained and updated regulatory binders; prepared IRB reports and requested amendments as needed; prepared for and participated in study site monitor visits.

• Carefully analyzed and integrated prior health risk assessments (HRA), employer health claims, historical data, and employee biometric data to create Wellness Works, the hospital systems new incentive-based wellness program.• Strategically designed, implemented, promoted, and managed RWHS’s new comprehensive wellness program overseeing an enrollment of over 1000 employees in Wellness Works during RWHS’s 2012 open enrollment period. • Coordinated and promoted Wellness Works Employee Biometric Health Screenings successfully completing HRA's on 750 employees at 3 sites in 5 days. • Effectively collaborated with Marketing and Public Relations to design targeted promotional materials and implement communication strategies to raise awareness and increase participation in health improvement-related activities. • Actively worked to develop relationships with Community Health and city organizations to increase RWHS presence as a community health advocate. • Utilized Mayo Embody Clinic Portal to collect employee HRA data and biometric test scores from Health Risk Assessments. • Provided Health Coaching for employees through creation of SMART goals, conducting motivational interviews, behavior change theory, providing feedback, and facilitating self assessments to help achieve employees personalized goals.

Assisted KSU Kinesiology & Public Health Professors on faculty research project investigating adherence factors to a high-intensity CrossFit program.• Provided administrative and project support to Principle Investigator (PI) in charge of faculty research project.• Assisted in the coordination of study details and documentation concerning study protocols, data collection, and data entry.• Facilitated focus groups at various CrossFit facilities across Kansas.• Transcribed interview and focus group audio recordings for future theme analysis.• Collected, organized, and entered participant data into SPSS statistical analysis software.
