He worked on a global transformative M&A target pipeline of 15+ companies with a combined economic value of over $20 billion. Julio was one of the four-member M&A team that negotiated and acquired StarBev in nine Central and Eastern European countries for $3.5 billion. Over the past decade, Julio has served as CFO of three companies, including the Freeman Company, the world’s largest experiential marketing, event digital technology, and logistics company with $2.5 billion in annual revenues and operations across the US, Europe and Asia.Julio's global perspective, shaped by living and working in five countries and serving clients in over 50 countries across four continents, is reinforced by his bilingual abilities.
