Project Control Engineer
Current• Monitoring cost performance and cost control activities while updating cost control tolls and preparing budget forecasts• Preparing cash inflow and variance analysis as well as delay analysis and recovery action planning when needed• Managing the invoicing procedure for the clients and monitoring proper and timely implementation• Conducting the contract scope, variation orders and contract/sub-contractors administration and related correspondence• Developing tools and applying all planning and scheduling techniques to prepare and update micro schedules such as shutdowns• Preparing reports and presentations for project status on daily, weekly and/or monthly basis and communicating them internally and externally• Establishing and promoting good working relations with the team, project staff and clients• Coordinating any potential threats to the schedule with the Project Manager, Construction Manager and other stakeholders and proposing remedial actions • Preparing a list of project materials with their required quantities as needed and maintaining a continuous project material reconciliation• Organizing risk management and lesson learned workshops for the entire team• KPI reporting
