I'm an Electrician with 17 years experience in the trade. I love what I do and and have pride in my work. People around me look to me for leadership for more reasons than one. I like to teach others what I know, and I am open to new ideas although most times I've already come up with the best solution to the problem, but you never know where or who the next good idea might come from. I am hands- on even during leadership, I work reading prints/layout and line out 5-15 men on the daily basis, All while still working with my own tools. I was asked by another Foreman not long ago why do you still carry your tools? I answered back i want to lead by example, so the guys know that what they are being told to do isn't just because someone says so. Its because they know that what you are telling em, is coming from experience. I look forward to challenges of the construction industry, that is where I excel the most.
