I firmly believe that success depends on our actions and the dedication, seriousness and commitment to define the vision, mission, objectives, activities and strategic indicators, systematizing the FUP of these and their actions.I work hard on communication, on conveying the strategy clearly and effectively to ensure that the whole team interprets the same thing and is committed to achieving the goals. I consider that define the core values is critical to any organization, and this is where we base for our most difficult decisions.After 13 years of working in multinationals and different positions (analyst, supervision, leadership and management), I understood how important and difficult it is to get an entire organization to interpret and commit to its values, but achieving it is a key factor of success.Today I have to play the role of CEO in the multinational Virtual Remote Partner and I am part of a team of highly qualified professionals where my main function is to identify and share best practices, standardize and communicate them effectively to achieve excellence; supported by the core values of Determination, Commitment and Respect. It is the way we choose to lead the transformation toward remote work.
