Responsible for the daily operations of the Regional Offices in Waco, Austin, San Angelo, San Antonio, Harlingen, Laredo, and El Paso. Served as the Acting Rio Grande Watermaster and acting Concho & South Texas Watermaster for over one year (which required expertise in various water rights issues). Responsible for the program implementation in the Regional Offices of the Air Program of Texas. This included oversight of the Title V Program, Emissions Events Evaluations, and investigation activities required to ensure continued program delegation from U. S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and compliance with the Texas Legislative Budget Board activities.
