Since joining AA in AUG19; I have been involved in design and construction of; zero-emission bus transit facility transit, Long Beach Airport terminal project in addition to and constructability review for San Diego Community Center project, in addition to business development.

La Caze Development, Del Amo Parking Structure, Torrance, CAProvided project management services for the construction of a 6-level, 744 space above grade parking structure adjacent to the Del Amo Financial Center in Torrance, California. The structure includes 15 accessible and 45 standard EV stalls. ($10.5M)Mater Dei High School - Parking Structure, Santa Ana, CASenior Project Manager for the construction of a 3-level, 1,010 space above grade parking structure on a 4-acre parcel. The project will alleviate traffic circulation in the neighborhood and will have an attractive look to blend with the neighborhood. ($17M)Chapman University, Keck Center for Science & Engineering, Orange, CA ($140M)This project transformed the northeast corner of the University Campus from four tennis courts and parking lot into a four-story, 145,000 square foot Science, Technology and future School of Engineering Building. The Keck Center included ten scientific laboratories with a special gas and chemical infrastructure, a stadium seat section for the athletic complex and an arcade on the east side. The building will sit atop two levels of subterranean parking. My responsibility involved the successful negotiation and closeout of $5M of outstanding and longstanding general contractor contract change orders.

Senior Estimator team member responsible for bottoms-up approach and validity of the Engineer’s Estimate for Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s $1.3B Regional Connector project. The Regional Connector is a 1.9 mile underground bored twin tunnel light rail line from 7th/Flower Street to 1st Street/Central that will connect to the existing Blue, Expo and Gold Lines. Main focus was for Metro Entry Plazas and underground light-rail passenger Stations located at; 2nd/Hope Street, 2nd/Broadway Street and 1st Street/Central Avenue. Scope involved Station concrete/rebar structure, exterior waterproofing, architectural, mechanical, electrical, fire suppression, passenger conveyance, communication, signage and other related rail operation systems.

Interwest Consulting Group (LA Office - Huntington Beach, CA.) I am responsible for acquiring and performing preconstruction, project, and construction management services for public agency building facilities and infrastructure related capital improvement projects throughout Southern California.

City of Commerce: Provided project and construction management services for the $45M Rosewood Park improvement project. The scope of work involved multi-phased renovation over seven years to an existing City Hall Complex located on a 17-acre site. City of La Quinta: Provided construction management services for the $15M, 45K SF City of La Quinta City Hall project. Responsible for day-to day response to Contractor RFI's, submittals, correspondence, negotiating CCO's, and monitoring quality and general compliance to the contract documents.
