- Conducts periodic reviews of information systems to ensure compliance with the security authorization package- Coordinates any changes or modifications to hardware, software, or firmware of a system with the ISSM and AO/DAO prior to the change- Formally notify the ISSM and AO/DAO when changes occur that might affect system authorization- Monitors system recovery processes to ensure security features and procedures are properly restored and functioning correctly- Ensures all IS security-related documentation is current and accessible to properly authorized individuals- Ensures audit records are collected, reviewed, and documented (to include any anomalies)- Provides information for the development of System Security Plans- Installs, updates, removes computer equipment from Secured Facility- Performs Audits for IS system using Splunk and Linux system- Assist in configuring information systems- Prepares documents to gain government Approved To Operate for information systems (IS)- Performs weekly system audits, maintains anti-virus software management- Responsible for sanitizing IS systems and components- Establishing new user accounts and designating proper groups- Helps in preparing for and supporting inspections- Establishes and maintains configuration management plans
