As a result of the Invensys (a $3.5 billion company) acquisition to Schneider Electric, the Controls/Appliance division was spun-off to form an independent company called Robertshaw, a $650 million developer and manufacturer of components for the appliance and HVAC industry. Reporting to the President and CEO with overall leadership responsibility for the HR organization consisting of up to 50 people and 6000+ global employees.• Managed a global restructuring program, including several facility closures, resulting in $9.1 million savings.• Managed a global HR due-diligence process and provided HR leadership during the successful bid and ultimate sale of the Controls division to a private equity firm. Company renamed to Robertshaw.• Restructured global HR programs and implemented HR systems: HRIS, ATS, LMS, PM, global benefits and payroll providers to reposition the company as a stand-alone business. • Integrated a $100 million newly acquired company to Robertshaw and standardized all HR processes.

• Streamlined Mexico and US operations consisting of 3000+ employees and five HR managers, consolidating practices and procedures for a more seamless and consistent operation. • Led the closure and transfer of manufacturing facilities in the US and Mexico resulting in zero labor grievances or issues. • Provided strategic HR direction to the North American business and globally in the absence of the SVP, HR.

Strategic HR support for the Information Technology (Divisional CIO) and SAP Transformation organization in various US and Canadian locations. Managed all performance management processes, including succession planning, 360 assessment program, mid year reviews, calibration and salary planning. Responsible for investigating and resolving employee relations cases.
