The OPG digital assets achieve +20M unique visitors a month and accumulate +$85M in annual revenues.◆ Overseen multiple business segments to achieve a five-year plan to generate +$200M in revenues and business growth. I supervise an annual +$40M marketing/sales budget. Established and currently nurturing multi-million dollar partnerships with Fortune 100 companies.◆ With our rockstar team we were able to determine the development of ancillary products to support growth. Launched a customer relationship content initiative generating +$20M annually. Before that, l spearheaded the growth of several divisions, including a 150% growth in two years for paid services and a 200% growth in three years for our Advertising segment.◆ Led the process to upgrade enterprise software and guided personnel through software migrations and architected multiple systems to support platform scalability and talent onboarding.◆ Implement best practices and support systems focused on consumer privacy rights and state regulations. I engaged in strategy with counsel, implemented best practices, and assigned satellite teams to ensure universal compliance with company protocols and industry top standards.

G8Labs has been acquired and is now part of OnPoint Global.◆ Served as a founding member of an AdTech business and steered the operation to financial success, leading companies vision.◆ Raised $1M in seed capital to start the company and led the business to financial success overcoming two bankruptcy threats to produce the first financial returns of $240K in annual revenues to $3M in four years.◆ Contributed expertise in numerous roles with an emphasis on investor relations, leadership, sales, marketing, product development, and sales. I also identified and employed talent to drive success. Developed multi-disciplinary marketing, technology, and UI/IX, and coordinated activities.◆ Maintained an attrition rate of five percent (5%) in a small team facing intense competition. I also designed and supported a strong internal culture of transparency and trust among team members. OnPoint Global acquired G8Labs in late 2017.

◆ Spearheaded the initiative to present the company as a primary source of health issues facing the Hispanic population in the US. Oversaw a $300K annual budget for digital and online marketing activities.◆ I researched and implemented a metrics control system to monitor activities and progress. I also prepared financial and performance reports for management.◆ Directed all phases of the planning, analyses, and presentations for A series capital for a $10M valuation.
