Since 2016 I'm the director of the Mobile & Web development area. My main responsibility is to augment our ability to deliver solutions in the area, working with the team to increase our abilities and to get new people on board. We review new technologies, frameworks and tools to chose which ones to add to our skill set, choosing the ones that make sense to our projects. We also do the technical interviewing and recruiting.Besides coordinating these activities, I keep working on the technical side, as a "hands on architect" ( meaning developing ) in different projects. I also work as a solution architect, that is creating the technical proposals for our customers requests. I started the company with two partners in July 2000. This was my first experience working "on the industry", and as partner of a Small and Medium Business I have worked on all areas. My passion, expertise and focus is on the technical side, and in Snoop I have worked as a solution architect, software architect, developer, coach, consultant and technical lead.In all these years the technology has progressed incredibly, and being Snoop an innovation-oriented company, my skills have also progressed. I was JTP in all different Object Orientation subjects: Objetos I, Objetos II, Programación Orientada a Objetos y Metodologías de Programación. We used Smalltalk as our main programming language and Design Patterns, Frameworks and Responsibility-Driven Design.During these years we reorganized the in class and work assignments, and also home projects, using Design Patterns as a guide.

I started working at Lifia on March '94, doing research and practice. I worked with the Object Orientation and Hypermedia teams, collaborating in projects on Teaching OO, Design Patterns, OO Frameworks and Hypermedia Functionality in Object Oriented Apps. During these years I went to several conferences, presenting papers and attending workshops; it was an incredible and very enriching experience bot personally and professionally. I went to OOPSLA'94 ( presenting at the Educator's Symposium ), OOPSLA'96 ( Educator's Symposium), OOPSLA'97, ICSE'98 at Kyoto ( Hypermedia Apps Workshop ), Smalltalk Solutions '98 at NY, PLOP '98 ( Pattern Languages of Programming ). 1998 was a good year :).Very interesting years, during this period the Web and the Internet became popular, all the Design Patterns movement came and go, there was a lot to learn and to do.

Durante Mayo de 1999, y desde Septiembre de 1999 hasta Abril de 2000, trabajé como colaboradoren un proyecto de desarrollo en la Fachhochschule Konstanz ( Escuela Superior Técnica), enKonstanz, Alemania. Las tareas desarrolladas incluyeron el diseño e implementación de unframework para aplicaciones comerciales basadas en Workflows, distribuídas en internet/intranet,con uso de tecnologías Java ( Java2, EJB, RMI, etc) y componentes reusables.Trabajé dirigido por el Prof.Dr.Hans Albrecht Schmid , dentro de un programa de colaboración entre Argentina y Alemania.

Ayudante de las materias de Orientación a Objetos, usando Smalltalk. Usamos Smalltalk/V for Windows, y después VisualWorks.
