- overall coordination of daily operations- preapproval of all decisions and initiatives derived by sales representatives before submitting to sales director- negotiation, consolidation and approval of monthly production plans and shipment schedules- looking up for new sales opportunities- training and education of new team members- liaise with customer on current/operational questions when necessary
