A lifelong entrepreneur and tinkerer, starting my first company at 13 years old. An engineer by training who built a business foundation in the management consulting world with Bain & Co in Dubai. After 4 years, I left Bain and bet on myself. I bootstrapped my first Tech startup and founded Wrappup, an AI based meeting summarization app. Our startup grew fast, emerging from Dubai and eventually getting acquired by a Silicon Valley startup named Voicea within 18 months of raising capital. Started down a new path as a Voicea executive in the Valley, managing hyper-growth projects under the tutelage of an experienced CEO & a strong team. Our growth and tech IP led to the eventual acquisition of Voicea by Cisco. At Cisco, I worked with the M&A team, experiencing the buy/invest side of things, sitting across the table from startups pitching and deal making. Eventually realized I needed to build tech again, and joined back with my old team leading Vidcast within Cisco. Grew from 50k to 1M+ users in first year leading the team, and building out an AI-powered Enterprise Video Platform within the Webex suite.I’m a people-person with a love for building high-performing teams and chasing big ideas. I employ an analytical engineering mindset but I am a creative “ideas guy” at the core. A big-picture thinker and communicator. I like to back up my "big talk" by getting the nitty gritty details right in execution. I have a passion for designing systems that optimize business operations as well as team execution. I take great pride in building A-level teams that grow together fast and punch outside their weight-class.
