• Responsible of the Excalibur project for TMO in Tampa, Orlando and Miami markets (Florida)• Aim of the project is installation of new sites and swap sites from Nokia to Ericsson. (5G sites)• Manage field operations teams to support the integrityand infrastructure of the T-Mobile network for Florida Market.• Oversees, Schedules, dispatches, and providestroubleshooting support for the field integrators.• Attends daily market calls internally to discuss projectstatus and critical gating issues.• Reports high-level details to internal senior managementand to the client as well.• Uses various internal 3rd party programs to oversee,track, and manage project deadlines.• Manages market/project implementation throughmilestones to ensure that schedule and KPIcommitments are met.• Create a PO “Purchase Order”.• Daily meetings with the CX team (Velex Company) to know the status of site construction and when sites are ready for integration (Forecast integration date)• Daily meetings with customer (Ericsson and TMO) and give them feedback about the integrated sites, forecasted integration date, sites under construction.)• Ensure that the sites are ready for integration which needs to be confirmed at first and approved by Ericsson.Tower crew should submit a list of pictures for the equipment installed on site.• Follow up with Field Engineers when they are integratingsites.• Onboard new field engineers and make sure that they got all the access and equipment needed

• Present, demonstrate and operate TEMS product• Integrate commission and install TEMS product• Translate customer technical requirements and challenges into a solution based on a TEMS products• Technical knowledge for all TEMS Products:TEMS Investigation, TEMS Pocket, TEMS Discovery and TEMS Paragon• Relate 2G/3G/LTE Access Radio into TEMS product capabilities and functionalities• Interface knowledge of Planet INFOVISTA optimization tool • Reply to customer product inquiries and raised troubletickets in a proper, professional and timely manner• Coordinating with TEMS support to resolve any problems and make sure that we match the customer’s standard• Focus on Middle East Accounts• Focus on Lebanon accounts (Alfa, Touch) from a support perspective including 1st/2nd line support• New equipment installation, commissioning, acceptance• Provide assistance in TEMS products Delivery:Coordinating with the vendor/operator to follow the Delivery work plan as the customer needs. • Coordinating with the vendor/operator to submit all the final delivery documents and check for the errors. • Hold TEMS Products presentations, demos• Technical lead during any product trial phase
