• Manage VAS projects for operators in ASIA focus on China.
• Manage two local Chinese project managers.
• Coordinating and planning the execution of VAS systems installation and ongoing technical support with local engineering team manager.
• Responsible for P&L, KPI’s, budget management for the deployment projects.
• Work and meetings with customers (with local project managers) in order to coordinate expectations, review statuses, and joint planning to complete projects and planning future projects.
• Coordinating and working regularly in front of the development teams to ensure receipt of the products according to the planned schedule.
