With over 20 years of experience in the technology sector, I am a seasoned executive who led the technology infrastructure function of Edward Jones, a Fortune 500 financial services firm. I was responsible for transforming technology operations, leading product engineering of digital products, and driving user experiences that drive growth and competitive edge for 50,000+ associates and 15,000+ branches. I hold a Series 7 certification issued by FINRA, which demonstrates my knowledge and competence in the securities industry. I am currently advising tech & cybersecurity startups in their journey. Previously, I led CitiSolutions, a part of Citigroup’s Enterprise infrastructure organization responsible for transformational initiatives that drove the “as-a-Service” culture of the bank. As Head of this Global Digital Enterprise Solutions organization, I led in-house teams and outsourced partners to manage the lifecycle of 250+ products for over half a million global users.
