1. Responsible for timely execution of classes across all segments of Kidex Classes .2. Help achieve KPI targets for execution, set by leadership across all segments of live classes.3. Ensure compliance to company’s policies around delivery of classes, by coaches across all live classes4. Manage the calendar for all coaches conducting live classes on the platform .5. Responsible for planning of classes across all segments on the basis of inputs from analytics team on the trends prevailing with regards to the demographics and geographics of customers attending live classesPROJECTS1. Assist the CEO with decision making around various marketing campaigns2. Help tech team with feedback around automation of internal processes and workflows to ensure a smooth transition and higher effectiveness of a newly established paradigm .3. Help identify improvement areas within classes delivery and execution along with other operational functions .4. Work 7 days a week to ensure smooth execution of classes across all segments5. Help gauge customer retention and identified pitfalls of existing retention strategies basis interaction with customers and their feedbacks. Communicated findings & suggestions directly to the CEO6. Work closely with the analytics team to establish then gauge different KPIs with respect to their activities and time spent on different pages within the company’s app available on Playstore.
