Ramitha Somasekhara is a Technical Program Manager | Ethernet Customer solutions. Ramitha never missed a beat, and showing she was still a dynamic learner, able to quickly learn new skills. She soon moved to join that technical leader on the new stuff, and again she shined. With her program management skills proven, she quickly ended up as a technical lead for a huge OEM with our most complex product ever. Ramitha isn't just an engineer, she is kind, listens to hear first, not to reply first, and puts people first in all that she does. Whatever the technical role she is looking for, she can do it. Whatever business will have the honor of her employment will have a world class engineer and even better person on their team. I can't recommend Ramitha enough.
