-Providing training for teachers to prepare students for IELTS-Helping teachers to learn more about the test and the benefits for their students in taking IELTS-Ensuring that external organizations are delivering appropriate IELTS preparation courses-Instructing teachers to help test takers get a score that truly reflects their language ability-Suggesting advisable approaches regarding teaching methodology, classroom management, curriculum development in an IELTS course

-Supervising teachers and monitoring overall academic performance of the department-Preparing weekly/monthly reports and representing the department in meetings-Meeting with newly employed teachers and introducing them to the program-Holding workshops, seminars and training courses about teaching methodology, classroom management, curriculum development-Creating curriculum choices and designing lesson plans to maximize effectiveness of instruction

-Instructing students on variety of language skills, including listening, reading, writing and speaking-Teaching to different levels of learners from all age groups and backgrounds-Training students for official exams by teaching relevant concepts and enforcing appropriate test-taking skills-Using positive reinforcement and providing clear feedback to help students succeed-Preparing course program and creative lesson plans to reach a diverse student audience-Conducting skills assessments and uncovering performance gaps-Evaluating student progress, recorded scores and revised lesson plans for re-teaching of subject matter where it was necessary to accomplish learning
