A goal oriented software professional with 15+ years of experience in Telecom domain.Graduated in 2005 as a Computer Science Engineer and Started my career in 2006 with Alcatel Lucent, as a Software Engineer working to develop Call Handling application module for Alcatel OmniPCX Office PBX. It is a Legacy product of Alcatel with more customer base was a golden opportunity for me to learn all call handling protocols (like SIP, ISDN, H248), networking, and core C/C++ Programming on RT Linux. Later to that Joined Cognizant Technology Solutions for a Chinese Telecom Client. Individually contributed and as well lead the team of 10+ people to take over a IMS application development project from China to India Software team. Executed the project E2E from the scratch and had successful deployment of MNTS and Enterprise VPN application in various Telecom operator networks. And then Joined Cisco Systems as a Individual Contributor and Senior Developer to Implement and lead the Cisco Call Manager's Load Simulation system. Apart from this, voluntarily taken the role of Scrum master and ensured the team succeeds with Scrum process adaptation. That was the time, various team in Cisco adapting from waterfall to Scrum methodology. Completed my Scrum certification and learned a lot about Agile in this period.With deep knowledge of various technologies and process, at present, am working as a Principal Architect for GPON/FWA Broadband Voice division of Nokia Networks. As a PTS, primarily playing the Software Architect Role for the Voice module of Nokia's ONT/CPE. Efficiently engaging with various product line managers and product architects to collect the voice requirements and accordingly preparing the high level and low level requirement documents. Also engaging myself in critical code development, Cloud porting and automation of different solutions focusing towards cost savings and revenue generation.
