The number of copies to be printed on a day.• Interaction with the News agents/Sub-agents/Hawkers important link in supply chain.• Audit compliances- The maintenance of records as per the stipulation laid by the Audit Bureau of Circulation (Certifying agency for member organizations) and act as an interface in managing audit with external and internal auditors.• Receivable management and Collection follow-up with Channel Partners.• Data Analysis and Co-ordination also daily feeders to Sales and Distribution Department.• Interaction with Corporate Office and maintenance of Management Information System at the Branch Level.• Database Management• Interaction with the Subscribers and prospective clients.• Involved actively in the migration of system Sales & Distribution module.• Preparation of intra and inter office business communications. Letters, Circulars to external vendors, institutions, prospective subscribers and communication on a day to day affairs inside the vertical. • Processing of payments relating to external stakeholders/vendors.• Managing the logistics for distribution of newspapers.• Maintenance of Stock at the Branch level for various publications and their billing.• Managing the Packing personnel.• Coordination and interaction with Press personnel with regard to day to day printing.• Apart, from the above day to day work actively involved in the events such as Quiz Competition, Painting Competition and Chess Competition.
