• Perform Inspection on production components and structures using major Customer Acceptance specification standards such as AIRBUS-AITM, BOEING-BAC, ROLLS ROYCE-ABP and so on. • Prepare technique sheets for new development parts and create 3D and 2D Program in Nu-scan software using extracted CATIA points for 10 axis C-scan Squirter type machine.• Conduct uniformity and Mechanical test to ensure the machine performance meeting customer requirement in 10 axis C-scan Squirter type machine.• Involvement in NADCAP NDT Audit activities.• Prepare NDT reference standard design with respect to composite manufacturing document.• Hands on experience in inspecting components using pulse echo and through transmission technique in Bubbler (Semi Automated), Squirter type and Flatbed (Automated) machines.• Carrying out inspection on complex structures in 10 axis Squirter type C-scan machine using 1 MHz, 2MHz and 5 MHz transducers.Project responsibilities:-LIGHT COMBACT AIRCRAFT (LCA)-TEJAS program• Responsible in meeting quality standards with zero Major Customer complaints for delivering Vertical stabilizer detail and Assemblies, centre fuselage, MLG Door detail parts of LCA-Tejas Aircraft.• Develop the appropriate Quality documentation to effectively monitor the manufacturing process as required by customer and Interact with Customer base as it applies to Quality related issues.• Perform cross-functional investigation and determine root causes, by conducting RCCA and drive for the corrective actions closure on wide variety of technical and process issues.• Take responsibility as a lead in preparing control plans, performing first article Inspection (FAI) with customer and support the team by providing guidance in generating First Article Inspections (FAI's) as per AS9102 requirements.• Review, validate and decision making for NC parts in MRB (Material Review board) as a panel member from Quality end for LCA-Tejas components.

• Preparation of process flow diagram, process drawing, control plan, Inspection plan• Involvement in the First Article Inspection• Provide documents on time & responsible for delivering quality products on time.• Effective in-process and final inspection activity• Interaction with customer and CFT to resolve the Quality related issues• Support the team to achieve the targeted goal• Participation in root cause analysis• Preparing the final inspection report format as per the drawing• To raise Quality issues and escalate NC’s appropriately• Taking part with the CFT team for the new product development• Structural, in plane, out of plane and Torque tests for Solar Panel Substrate, Yokes and Deck Plates which are used for satellites.
