I adore solving problems and this love for positive change has reflected in my engagement in shaping new ventures; be it in a Technical role at Honeywell and GE Healthcare where I introduced producitivty improvements to make processes faster and of better quality or a managerial role in forming new accounts in CIRCOR's Engineering services business at Coimbatore to the most recent leadership role of establishing a Program Management Office. I have enjoyed most building teams, identifying and securing stakeholder engagement, talent acquisition, development & retention, problem solving, and optimizing organizational structure to facilitate success efficiently.Having 20 years of Industrial experiences predominanlty in management and leadership, presently I am responsible as PMO lead for CIRCOR Industrial since Jun 2021. My previous avatars include that of a Managing Director @ CIRCOR Coimbatore, a Design Engineering Leader @ CIRCOR Coimbatore Shared Engineering services & a Reliability Engineer (@Honeywell and @GE Healthcare)Throughout this journey, one thing that never changed was the fact I am a die hard optimist and always tend to look for opportunities in adversities. I strongly believe that a well defined purpose & active stakeholder engagement with empathy are key to running a successful project/business.
