1) Responsible for presales of Video Conference Services and Online Assessment packages to the enterprise and retail customers.2) Achievement of sales targets for each product category.3) Pre and post-sales support to the end customers.4) Managing Key Accounts for Enterprise Business, a team of CCA’s for OLA execution.5) Developing & implementing key account strategies, Understanding Client’s requirement, providing customized solutions and Adding New Business for revenue maximization.6) Identifying and networking with prospective clients, creating new accounts, generating business from existing accounts, achieving profitability and increased sales growth for Video Conferencing and Broadband business.7) Coordinating with various internal teams towards excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.8) Coordination for large event based video conferences and setting up the video conferencing Setup in Five Star Hotels, Banquets and client offices.9) To ensure adherence of all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.10) Provide training to new member of staff (OJT).

-Answer domestic calls and assess customers' technical support needs and handle/route accordingly.-Provide first level technical support on Internet connectivity using documented procedures and available tools.-Identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems.-Update customers about new product line and service offerings, current products and technologies.-Escalation of issues to Support teams in order to resolve the issue to the customer's complete satisfaction.-Maintain accurate call logging and tracking into Call support database.
