I have been working in areas of justice and peace innovations, especially to establish restorative justice systems in both formal and community spaces. Towards this end, I have founded and led Nepal Forum for Restorative Justice, Nepal Dialogues Initiative and South Asian Forum for Restorative Justice. In addition to this, I have initiated Nepal Conferences on Restorative Justice (since 2017), Nepal Dialogues Summits (since 2022), Nepal Corrections Conclaves (since 2024), and Peace Innovations World Summit (from 2025). In the recent years, I have been interested by "Pedagogies of Care" in educational settings, and have been passionate about the serving students with educational needs and disabilities in inclusive educational settings.
