As a Senior Director, I lead Site Reliability Engineers responsible for monitoring and capacity planning for GAP Inc’s e-commerce site and store-level applications.Additionally, I oversaw the Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) team and API Platform Team (APIGee), with all three teams instrumental in managing GAP’s testing and capacity planning for Azure migration.Among my Key Responsibilities, I:- Develop a clear outlook for anticipated site traffic and business volume to work with Infrastructure and Application teams on deploying infrastructure capable of sustaining uptime and quickly responding to outages.
