As the EA to the CEO, I act as the strategic and tactical partner to CMD's Office, CXOs, BU Heads and Department Heads. My role is key to enabling the organisation's leaders identify, execute and achieve the organisation's short term and long term goals. My key achievements include- Driving and executing the Strategy Map for the residential business, including Long Range Planning, identification and execution of key strategic initiatives, and implementing the Balanced Scorecard.- Driving digitisation initiatives - to improve CX and internal processes.Single handedly created and implemented the BI system for the SBU- Driving Revenue and Cost targets - partnering with Business Development, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, CRM, Legal and Liaison to create tactical and operational plans to achieve goals

As the Head of Strategy & Marketing here at Indigo, I have successfully redefined the product and business roadmap of a media company that is adapting to the digital revolution. Along with leading the digital business transformation at Indigo, I developed synergies with the company's allied concerns and consolidated the group's renewed approach towards the digital paradigm. I worked closely with all our stakeholders - business partners and clients in helping them customise their product to fully utilise the company's enhanced offerings.

Evaluated investment proposals and actively scoured for investment opportunities for the group. I oversaw due-diligence processes and successfully closed investment activity in the e-commerce space. My sector specific expertise include hospitality, media and entertainment, healthcare and e-learning. I also directed the implementation of MS Dynamics AX ERP across all of Jupiter Capital's group companies. I also lead the annual operating plan activity across all invested companies in the group's portfolio - across Aerospace, media and entertainment, hospitality, infrastructure and e-commerce.

I developed and implemented the NPD process for the UB group that streamlined and standardised the new product development process. Along with designing and deploying these key processes, I led the sales and market share analysis that was presented to the group President.I outlined emerging trends and recommend focus areas for the company across region, depot and outlet level - a core component of the quarterly board presentation and the board docket prepared for the President. I also spearheaded the post brand launch market research visits to study brand performance across Goa and Bangalore. A few of the strategic initiatives undertaken and completed by me include SKU Price rationalisation & brand premium rationalisation, implementing the forecasting model to forecast state-wise industry & company volumes using Holt Winter’s method and the Balanced Score Card, where a 5 year volume and revenue projection was developed based on PESTEL factors with multiple scenarios. I have also mapped the complete supply chain - where I developed a network mapping of bottle supply chain and optimization of bottle TAT. I reported directly to the Senior Vice President of the company.
