I have over a decade experience working with Civil Society Organizations (CSOs/NGOs) and consulting for government agencies & private foundations. I come from business management background and started my career with a private sector bank in India. In the past 10 years of my career, I have helped various NGOs/Farmer’s Cooperatives/Women SHGs to setup a number of micro and small enterprises. My interest lies in social enterprise and community development. I would be best described as diplomatic, strategic thinker capable of leading and developing complex projects.
