-Complete responsibility for Testing & Validation of new product development. Hydraulic and pneumatic system design for products produced in the Epiroc Surface division.-Strong technical skills of Blasthole and water well products, including their specification and operation requirements of Epiroc Surface division machines. - System design and Analysis, Ability to design Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems, including selecting components to meet performance specifications. -Proficiency in CAD software for creating schematics of hydraulic and pneumatic system-Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues in hydraulic and Pneumatic systems. Practical experience with hydraulic and Pneumatic components in machines, including assembly, and maintenance.- To lead the product development phase and support the production team, while building prototypes.- Continuous improvement in processes and Methodologies, such as testing efficiency, and product Quality.- Familiarity with Industry standards and regulations relevant to the product being tested.- Collaboration and Communication with cross-functional teams.- Coordination with the Product service team and interact with Customers to get inputs from the Customer, and service team for a feasibility study of new product development and improvement.- Strong analytical abilities to interpret test data, Identify trends and draw meaningful conclusions regarding product performance and Quality.-Proficient in creating test validation reports and Test Protocols.- Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices to ensure safe working conditions during field validation.- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members, often in a dynamic and sometimes remote field environment.-To update drawings using as per specific requirements through change notices for drawing modification and release in Team Center.
