In this organization, I am spearheading data science team and automation. Have introduced various process automation mechanism and saved company cost. Improved application processing from 25 application per day to 125 cases in a span of 4 months. My contributions here have been recognized and I was recognized as Employee of the year – 2020. Successfully handled AI project for computer vision to OCR the KYC documents.

Here, I was the founding member of 9-member core team which has operationalized India’s first Payments bank. Handled End to end analytics and developed app tracking events for Airtel Payment Bank app. Worked on automation project for Airtel Payment Bank which will provide campaign management, Business Intelligence and Reporting engine requirement of Airtel Payment Bank. I have successfully handled complete project of movement of BI reporting outsourced model to in house along with process correctness and 100% accuracy in reports. My performance has always been appreciated here and I always received No. 1 Performance rating even at a Senior Manager level which is very rare.

While working here, I have headed Business Intelligence team and planned for existing wallet business and worked on BI architecture for Airtel Payment Bank.

I have spent good amount of time over here and joined as Senior Executive/Analytics - Department: Central MIS (Management Information System). Promoted as Asst. Manager - Department: PMO (Project Monitoring Office) in April 2010. Later rose to the level of Asst. Manager - Department: Finance in September 2011 and became Manager - Department: Research and Development and Finance in January 2013. Finally, in 2014, I became Senior Manager here. As a Senior Manager, have introduced Project Monitoring Office for 350 projects across 350 demographic locations and saved around 15-20 crores per year which was the highest saving point. Automated and streamlined some process which saved around 50 lakhs to 1 crore every month. I was felicitated with Received Employee of the Year – 3 Times, Employee of the Months – Several times for consecutive 5 years in the company. As Manager - Department: Research and Development and Finance, have led automation team as technical specialist and managed end to end project delivery from business requirement, solution document, POC, project assignment, development, Unit testing, UAT and production movement and documentation.As Assistant Manager - Department: Finance, I have Implemented unique project identifier process using project code method. Initiated micro level budget tracking using Advance Excel. Prepared Project Profit and Loss accounts and automated same using VBA Macro.As Asst. Manager - Department: PMO (Project Monitoring Office), I used to prepare Employees performance and bonus calculation ratings, PQIS (Performance Quality Information System), PHI (Project Health Index) and automated using VBA Macro.In the position of Senior Executive / Analytics - Department: Central MIS (Management Information System), I have designed and developed “Enrolment MIS Tool” to store customer’s data and automated sending daily reports.

While working as a Senior Analyst, I have created database that helps monitor collections made by agents on hourly basis, which is used for analysis to understand hourly trends in collections. Automated the same using VBA Macro

Created Software - WOMS (Work Order Management System) for keeping a track of the Purchase orders generated in the department & also various financial details using VB and MS-Access. Designed Performance Manager which calculates the performance on day today basis for every individual in the department using VB and MS-Access.
