Diversity & Inclusion: Ram’s passion for creating a more diverse and inclusive workforce in Intel India got him discussing about various D&I initiatives with various stakeholders and this was instrumental in setting up an IGLOBE (LGBT ERG) chapter in India in 2014. He plans & executes various activities to bring a culture of acceptance & inclusion of LGBT coworkers. He idea-ted & led a globally dispersed team for “Global Ally Campaign” which led to almost ten thousand ally badges being distributed globally.He has presented workshop at Out & Equal Workplace Summit held at San Francisco, 2014 titled "Navigating the Globe in LGBTQ Style" and later at Orlando in 2016 title " Global Ally Campaign". He has represented Intel at multiple forums on LGBT inclusion in India, he was a speaker for ERG Summit by Community Business & a panelist for Diversity Best Practices Conference.
