Demand forecasting, setting an operating plan and executing it. Continuous supply of water to the Customers without any interruption, 24/7. Involved in Operation & Maintenance for all ELECTRICAL related equipment’s in our Water & Sewage treatment plant on 24X7 basis. Attending to failures / complaints and taking corrective actions. Operation & Maintenance of HT, MV, DB, VFD Panels. Coordinating with all OEM for performing AMC related work. Responsible for in-house calibration of our electrical equipment’s periodically. Responsible for Scheduled PM checks for all Electrical Equipment’s. Scheduling preventive maintenance, generating work order and assigning job plans. Performed repair maintenance activities on the equipment and identified the root cause for the same. Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects under budget and time constraints. Reporting the daily events to the Chief Operations & Maintenance Head (O&M) and preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports and communicating to the clients. Leakage Management & Preparation of Incident Report. Completion of Customer complaints with Effective Manner. Preparing estimation for new customer connection.
