With a modest salary of ₹8,000, I traveled over 150 KM daily, meeting doctors, selling medical equipment, and often working from dawn until midnight. The pressure was immense, and at times, overwhelming.2012: Growing into LeadershipIn 2012, I was promoted to Manager, leading a team of executives. This role allowed me to pass on the knowledge and skills instilled in me. It was here that I truly understood the importance of leadership and its impact on a team’s success.2014: A New OpportunityIn 2014, I joined Mic & Mac Solutions as a Sales Manager, tasked with building the company’s sales from the ground up. Within a year, I generated ₹30 lakhs in revenue, which opened the door to a new opportunity. In 2016, I made my first investment in the company, became an Additional Director, and took charge of sales and marketing.2016-2018: Navigating ChallengesJust as things were progressing, demonetization in 2016 hit hard, creating significant market challenges. The following years tested our resilience as we worked tirelessly to rebuild momentum, develop new products, and keep the business moving forward.2019: Overcoming SetbacksIn 2019, our primary investor pulled out, leading to financial struggles. We faced tough decisions, including downsizing and losing key team members. These challenges only strengthened our resolve to push forward.2020: The PandemicThe COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 brought a new wave of uncertainty. Despite the challenges, we adapted and found ways to continue our work. It was a period of significant learning and adaptation.2021-2023: Leadership and RecoveryBy 2021, I had stepped into the role of Managing Director, leading the company without the backing of our original investor. Through determination and the support of our clients and team, we began to recover and grow.2024: Looking ForwardNow, in 2024, we are expanding globally, launching new products, and establishing a presence in two additional countries.
